Demolition permits have been issued for 191, 193, 195 and 199 College.

SPA is still pending, no NOAC.

No 'New Build' permits are in progress/applied for.

Hoarding has extended and more companies are listed now, York Developments? Also, Astro had a skyjack in the back so might indicate demolition will start soon.
