SPA is in for Block B of the 21-31 Windsor Street Project. This is a proposed 14-storey co-operative affordable housing building designed by Arcadis for Diamante Development (and will eventually be operated by the Ruth and Terry Grier Housing Co-operative) on the west side of Buckingham Street, south of Portland Street and north of Newcastle Street in Toronto's Mimico neighbourhood.
