Bring it on. I'll be interested to see if the locals have strenuous objections - it's all strictly lo-rise along that stretch.
 
Currently a small apartment building with maybe SIX (6) units - so there might be some rental replacement.

Also, from their PLANNING RATIONALE - "The Owner is committed to providing 1 to 2 affordable units (per the City definition) within the proposed development as well as meeting an overall target of 20% affordable units (per CMHC definition). The development will also include units that utilize ultra-efficient design to increase their affordability. In addition, the Owner has considered affordable housing grant and funding opportunities for this proposal, and has applied for the Open Door Affordable Housing Program with the City."
