The Planning Department has received a re-submission for the proposed official plan amendment and rezoning applications at 1750 Bloor Street and 3315 Fieldgate Drive.
The revised proposal includes a 17 storey apartment building along Bloor Street and a proposed one storey amenity building which attaches to the garbage area and underground parking entrance. As many of you may recall, the original plan included a 15 storey apartment building along Bloor Street and a 7 storey residential building internal to the site which overlooked the townhouses along Kirkwall Crescent.

Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning applications to permit a 15 storey apartment building with amenity uses at the mechanical level, a one storey amenity building and retain the two existing 11 storey apartment buildings.
