Site Size: ~3000m2/0.3ha/0.75ac

Comments: This one backs on to a ravine, with a buried creek, and public trail. Would make enormous sense to have the parkland dedication here be both the last westerly few meters of the property, and also the remaining 2 houses on Brookdale.

Need to see the rendering in full colour to say that I genuinely like it, but it has potential with those curved corners and balconies. Avenue Road north of Lawrence is definitely prime territory for further intensification.
 
New rendering was added to the database. The storey count dropped from 9 storey to 8 storey. The height changed from 36.55m to 34.35m. The total unit count increased from 58 units to 81 units. Finally, the total car parking increased from 87 parking to 101 parking.
