Looks like some tower-in-park intensification towards the NW corner property of Don Mills Rd & Sheppard Ave E.

35-storey residential tower-and-base building on the northern portion of the subject site, as well as a Three storey parking structure for the residential units hidden behind at-grade retail space that fronts onto Sheppard Avenue East. A total of 343 dwelling units are proposed as part of the development, and all of the 149 rental units in the existing apartment building will be retained.

The next pre-hearing conference comes up on June 5th of this year, and then the hearing is scheduled to commence January 7, 2019.

Reduced from 35 to 31 storeys. Total GFA reduced from 40,374 to 36,118 square metres. Low-rise building fronting Sheppard Avenue that would contain parking and retail is now a 12-unit townhouse building.

I believe there was a big settlement hearing for a couple of different developments in this area that resolved a few new public roads that will go through the area. You can see this in the context plans in the plans above.
