Also to add, I saw it in person recently, and the little 3/4 story stub building I relentlessly complained about, actually looks better in person (as it's similarly is angled to the side walk).

It's the glass that off putting. If there weren't so many other glass buildings in Toronto, I think this building would have been admired more. Still a great building.

I don't mind the tower here but find this to be absolutely bland as hell at grade, particularly the huge miss of the podium levels north of the tower.

The upper storeys match the class of CIBC Square, but the lower floors look cheap.
