IBM is the latest tenant to sign onto Cadillac Fairview and the Ontario Pension Board’s 16 York, leasing about 60,000 square feet for its first major downtown office.
 
Freedom Mobile, First National Financial, IMCO, LinkedIn, and the NBA are also leasing space here.
It would be great if there were an NBA Store in South Core similar to the one on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan, especially given the popularity of the NBA in Canada from the Raptors' 2019 championship.

Agree! Very curious to know what type of retail tenants will fill the 1 spot in 16 and the rest of the yet to be finally filled retail spots in ice. Once PCL moves out I'm sure they will be up
 
GTA office building spree to spur major tenant shuffle

Cadillac Fairview and Ontario Pension Board’s 32-storey, 878,000-square-foot 16 York is scheduled for completion this year. HSBC Bank Canada is leasing 115,189 square feet on six floors in the building. Other tenants will include First National Financial LP and a division of the Ontario Pension Board.
