Townhomes project on the site of a long since torn down McDonald's restaurant east side of Hurontario at Pinetree way.

Taken from Mississauga Ward 1 Development Applications:
"Proposed Development: 18 townhouses in two blocks (9 units in each block) on a private condominium road."

This is on the east side of Hurontario Street, south of the Queen Elizabeth Way and north of Pinewood Trail in Mississauga's Mineola neighbourhood.

The developer is Woodmere Capital and the architect is Contempostudio.

The garages being so prominent in the front is really unfortunate here; the rest is passable. I like good pastiche.....but this just messes w/some elements of the original style in ways that don't add value.
 
Gaudy looking. Why are home builders in the GTA so hesitant to using red brick?
