Yes to the scale and I don't mind most of the appearance.......but the use of the 'wood' finish on the lower front face doesn't work for me; It looks like the front door is missing and has been boarded up. Re-think that bit and we're good.

I prefer 1414 to a single lot like this. There's one sized like this on the northwest corner of Bayview and Merton and assembling a few properties allows for something better.
