Interesting to see the trend of denser industrial developments continue. Developers are getting creative on how to squeeze more GFA out of industrial sites.. third floor self-storage is a new one.
 
The parking count changed 99 parking to 98 parking. The new rendering is taken from the arch plan via SPA.
