Application to amend the existing zoning to permit a 7-storey residential building containing 52 units with an overall residential gross floor area of 6,115 m2. A total of 54 parking spaces are proposed including 51 spaces for residents and 3 visitor spaces.

11 months later and the "supporting documents" still haven't been posted on the City's website. I also don't even think a preliminary report has gone to Community Council.
 
Revised Application Description:
Revised: Application to amend the Zoning By-law to permit a 9-storey residential building containing 50 units with an overall residential gross floor area of 5,509 square metres (FSI of 4.7). A total of 50 parking spaces are proposed which includes 4 visitor parking spaces. This application was initially submitted in December, 2016 without any supporting studies, which have now been submitted on November 16, 2017. Initial Submission: Application to amend the existing zoning to permit a 7-storey residential building containing 52 units with an overall residential gross floor area of 6,115 m2. A total of 54 parking spaces are proposed including 51 spaces for residents and 3 visitor spaces.
