SPA resubmission here affirming the changes from the Minor Variance along with a very minor GFA decrease and very small height increase.

Full Building permit has been applied for and going through examination processes

New Arch. Docs were uploaded in September of '25, and the most recent files are October, but NOAC has not been issued.

New Build, Mech and Plumbing permits were applied for, but appear not to have had activity since May '25.

No Foundation or STS permits showing.
