1373-1389 Gordon Street: a proposed 7-storey mixed-use rental apartment, office & retail development designed by Martin Simmons Sweers for Reid's Heritage Properties (operating as "Vaughan St. GP Corp") on the northwest corner of Gordon Street and Vaughan Street in Guelph's Hamilton Corner.

OPA/ZBA recommended for approval at council in June.
