Loving the shutters - this almost looks like a heritage build, interesting.

Why is one side entirely cinderblock wall though? That seems a bit weird.. why not brick on both sides?

Interesting! They added a little window box. Looks like it'll be a double gable at the front too. You can see the smaller roof frame leaning against the side of the house. I'm curious if it'll still be cladded in all brick, or if they'll put siding on the protruding part?
