Just looking at this, and had the realization that they were working deeper in the ground before, and then filled it back in.

That's a pretty regular occurrence at construction sites in town: following demolition, the site needs to be flat for drilling rigs to get working on the shoring walls. (Not sure what the other drilling rig was accomplishing in that on corner before that.)

This site is so dormant..........it's growing weeds!

Hmm, so ya got me looking into the permits for this one.

No shoring permit has been issued yet.

They have, however, filed for the building permits:

So there is indeed a plan of action; though not much yet permitted action!
 
Nothing much has changed here, give or take a weed or two, since @Edward Skira 's last visit in May:

So, I went and looked up the permits here again........

They still don't have their shoring permit in place. :O

Their construction phasing schedule, posted above, had them on below-grade forms starting in Nov '22. The timeline slippage w/this one is heavy. At least 8 months behind!
