Also, this application came with a 3d model .skp file. First time I have encountered that, very cool to see + fun too look around in SketchUp! Hope to see more applications include this.

Really like the front of this brick podium, it's stately, a lot cleaner than the initial proposal–we won't talk about the back though.

The final version is the best iteration, IMO. Seems like a great fit for the area.
