The file for this on the city's application portal is still missing the April 2022 submission that is referenced in Perks' update, but it does indeed look like it's grown.

It has become the norm for the City and the developer to continue to talk in advance of an OLT hearing, as long as the City thinks that the proposal isn't too crazy out-of-whack. (If the City is certain that it would win at the OLT because the ask by the developer is just too nuts, then the City just puts the proposal aside.) If the City thinks they're in the ballpark though, then the talks continue so that they can hopefully reach a settlement to present to the OLT, where both parties can be happy with the outcome, both get more of what they want. In that case, what would have been a two-week hearing simply becomes a one-day ratification meeting.Does it seem that the settlement process went quickly? Much faster than waiting for the OLT?
