Getting pretty close here. The materials do look quite sharp, and you can really see it in the curtainwall on a bit of an overcast evening. It's a nice addition, all in all.

From the pedestrian laneway. The retail space alongside it is well along in its build-out, though I hadn't appreciated it'll be window display space:

^ Yeah, and I’d say it’s a bit of a disappointment; clearly the lowest quality of the chosen materials on the building, though I suppose the adjacent building and parking lot are ripe for assembly, so it may be hidden some day.
