When I lived at 736 Spadina it wasn't a very large tower, but we had a really nice rooftop that was well-used. That was only 20 floors up, though.

Same for 633 Bay Street. There were typically a dozen people on the roof (~27th floor) during summer evenings, much more on weekends (day and evening).
