12, 10 & 8-storey mixed-use apartment & commercial buildings and 4 blocks of 4-storey townhomes designed by Turner Fleischer for Forum Properties (operating as Jennum Properties Inc.) on the southeast corner of South Service Road and Vince Mazza Way in the Winona neighbourhood of Stoney Creek, Hamilton.

HSR should really bring bus service out to Winona. I don’t see why the #2 can’t go all the way down Barton and loop back at Fifty Rd. Right now it’s impossible to get to Hamilton from Winona without a ride.
 
Can't say I would be too keen on living next to a Costco parking lot. I suppose you could argue this neighbourhood is "walkable", but not exactly the type of walkability I had in mind. If that makes any sense. The amount of car traffic that's going to be driving around you will be insane. The Costco and LCBO alone will generate traffic.
