Wondered when this was going to go public. I'd only seen early site plans, so the more detailed elevations/ renders are a bit disappointing. Has potential though. I've always pictured Sheffield becoming a really neat, urbanized pocket on the edge of downtown. This will probably start that transformation, but hopefully not set the precedent for design quality. Also need better transit and AT connections in the area.
