12734 Keele Street: a proposed 6-storey condominium designed by SRN Architects for Bolton Railings (operating as "Keelone Developments Ltd.") on the west side of Keele Street, north of Station Road in King City.

The stone veneer at the bottom is unnecessary at best, just go w/the red masonry.

The rest, on balance isn't terrible, it almost has warehouse/loft vibe.

Though I think the wrap around balconies are a bit much, and they might have just been better off taking the style of the first 2 floors all the way up.

A bizarre, incongruent design. Would've looked half decent and far more coherent if they just went with the red brick motif all the way up. Why do modern developers hate symmetry so much?

edit: haha, beat me to it by seconds @Northern Light

Good location for this density. Too bad the top half is so ugly.

It would be nice to see a little bit of a "downtown" area form around the GO station, as King City doesn't really have much of one currently. Just a little walkable community with some medium-high density like this, nothing too crazy or anything.
