I lived here for three years. Definitely not heritage on the interior.Also known as Aeneas Court Apartments, built in 1941.
According to ACO, "City staff recommended in May 2006 that this building be added to the Inventory of Heritage Properties."

That is above the subway line. Nothing has ever been developed there to my knowledge.What's the empty parcel behind this building and 1231?
Lousy looking proposal. Would it really kill them to, at the very least, pay homage to the design of the original apartment building? A taller version of what's there now?
These are going to be very pricy condos , so at least propose something of quality. The protruding elements on the awkwardly proportioned tower and glass wall at the ground level are so cheap looking.
