am i wrong or is that just curtain wall stick system with no glass in it yet?
It looks like a window wall system, pretty sure it's not curtain wall, but indeed it doesn't look like there's any glass in the frames. From memory I thought the window wall panels typically had the glass pre-installed. Perhaps someone else knows what's going on here?

Still curious about this lone dark precast panel. Will the other panels be stained the same colour? The subtle contrast will look much nicer throughout the building especially against the dark bronze windows. Don’t know why they were not stained before installation.
I believe this darker vertical concrete slap was a replacement done in approx early August because the original piece was damaged by a construction worker moving materials up and down on the crane.

Funny, this panel is on the 2nd floor, not much distance to hoist up and it got damaged, but it was one of the first inset precast panels installed so it’s probably the result of the worker’s learning curve.
I prefer the look of the darker panel.

Darker panel also matches the renders better and gives a nice transition to the white precast down to the darker window frames.

maybe a test panel to see what it looks like in situ? I hope that's not the final colour selection - I'd like to see something a bit darker, maybe a few shades lighter than the window frames
