About damn time, though I wish the hideous parking lot across the street would go first.

Yes - in the building at King Street West and Stafford Street - the north west corner, across from the Shoppers Drug Mart at 901 King. The new space has been set up quite nicely.

Bit of a yawner, unless, what seems to be depicted as some sort of marble-esque material winds up being exactly that or something very similar, in which case it could be interesting.

I'm more interested in the peachy (wood?) mullions and how they might transition into reality.

Looks like this one is going to be pretty upscale. Stone cladding, 10ft ceilings, and the smallest unit is >1000 sq ft, according to the architectural plans.

Keep it classy Portland Area Residents Association. I think we should definitely ensure this proposal matches the workers' housing to the north (which currently has an application for a 16 storey rezoning).
