I just recently walked past this obscure church and noticed how shabby the "garden" at the front looked. I guess soon they'll have the money to fix it!

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't they need to demolish the church? I'm sure if they sold it the money wouldn't go towards their garden as they would have to relocate.
