A lobbyist registry entry brought me here................

An officer of the consortium building here has just registered to lobby about the lack of timeliness of SPA approval here and permits.

A quick check, and indeed the SPA does NOT yet have NOAC.

Looking at the permits, they have a conditional shoring permit in place.

Mechanical and Plumbing are both 'ready for issuance'.

Only the 'New Building' seems to be outstanding.

8 floors! The red and white crane in the background is for this building.
The SE corner of Kingston and Victoria Park in the foreground is 8-14 floors.
The PH unit (might?) have an amazing view of the downtown….for a few years.
Correction: The Cherry House project crane is in the foreground.

Yep, the views from the upper levels at Courcelette should be pretty sweet. Being on an elevation above the predominantly lowrise residential side streets of the Beaches.
