115-121 Park Street South, 120-122 Charles Street & 6 Hurst Place
To construct a 23 storey multiple dwelling that incorporates portions of the existing four storey buildings on site. No unit count was provided

Formal consultation was held in 2019, no movement on the file since.

The following properties were listed in the municipal heritage registry in June of 2017, but not designated:
- 117 Park St S
- 119 Park St S
- 121 Park St S
- 120 Charles St
- 122 Charles St
 
Always loved these apartments! They're the first apartments you see after you exit the Hunter Street rail tunnel towards Hamilton GO Centre.
 
Not sure we really need to be making threads for FCs.. they definitely don’t need database entries. FCs aren’t actual applications and can be as little as a single-page sketch that the developer issued with a $1000 application fee. Toronto does not make them public, but Hamilton’s can be found through their open data portal.

We consider this intent to develop, even if in reality it is a land value exercise, based on the description:
To construct a 23 storey multiple dwelling

There is value in knowing what properties are potential intensification sites, and having a pin on the map helps people with that. If / when this property is developed, even if it changes hands first, having a history in the thread provides good context.
