Good catch! I was wondering when this property would see some action. Given the slope to the river it provides some challenges, but the location (for many) will be great. Being Oakville they will have double garages, and will not be considered ’affordable’. But the pockets will pay for location and ambience, and these units should have plenty. Adid some decent density for this area of the town to mirror previous developments on the western side of the river.

The Horticultural Report calls for planting Red Oak, Pioneer Elms and Hackberry. What’s not to like?
