There's no description on the Dev App site yet, but there is a proposal for another infill development right next to the one at 35 High Park Avenue. Both of these proposals, if approved, would bring a crazy amount of density to the High Park area.

I couldn't find any renderings, but here's a site plan:

these are all probably being filed after the recent board approval of Grenadier Square. That approval showed area land owners that significant intensification was possible on the sites... and thankfully, too. This area could use a lot more life if you ask me.

There will be retail at the podium of the 33 storey tower.

Aren't all or most of the existing High Park North towers-in-the-park rentals? Somebody needs to tell these people they lack the necessary middle class cred for them to be NIMBYs.

Try again when you own/live in a low rise neighbourhood of million dollar houses (e.g. when you have an actual backyard)
 
I'm fairly confident that a planning study now started in this area will come up intensification goals that are more realistic. The proposals here are OTT and will get cut down, by how much being the question.

The diversity shown in that photo from the article is overwhelming.
The facial expressions are gold.
 
I'd reckon 100% of the people in that picture are property owners, not renters.

...and likely millionaire single-family home owners. I get so sick and tired of this harmful and artificially sanctimonious bullshit.
