I agree.
I feel the design comes from the early 2000s. This period of early condos share similar aesthetics.

You gotta be a bit drunk to find the beauty on this one. The tower could’ve been a simple but elegant tower If only they didn’t use the ugliest cladding in a Yorkville new tower.

It's moving! I walked by the other day and they were working well past 7:00pm.
Advance Forming is doing the formwork on this project as well as several others that are going up quick... 8 Wellesley, 252 Church, 400 King St W., Alias.
They appear to be one of the common denominators on a lot of these faster moving projects.
