Toronto 11 YV | 213m | 62s | Metropia | Sweeny &Co

Hmm well they could always build a ground level foyer in the future.
when selling the condo in 2019, lots of agents advertising there will be a connection with 33 yorkville, 33 connected with HR, the metropia replied me last month, there wouldn’t have a connection with 33 yorkville and they never said have a connection. Whatever the sales agent says, not their business. I was totally fooled by the agent. If with path to subway, the price gonna be totally different.

And why would two totally private buildings have a connection to each other? It would serve no purpose. You would not be allowed into the other building anyhow.

33 yorkville connection to Cumberland maybe because of the parking lot, 11 connection to 33 yorkville on 2019 may, the rezoing application documents submitted to city of Toronto did clearly states have a connection, future path connection.I checked all the documents before I bought the condo. But now, the developers said no.

I wish the (limestone?) podium was taller. 4 floors is a bit stubby.

10-20 floors of limestone and punched windows would have done wonders for the street level experience.

That being said, 11YV looks relatively promising as far as the Toronto condo scene goes - no goofy balconies or patterns/cutouts or obnoxious mullions is a good start

Mach 20
Another 2 months and will be fully at grade. Hard to get grade shots
