This one had some tweaking done...........pretty minor..........

Key Changes: Parking Ramp (instead of stacker); access now from Dervock instead of Greenbriar ; reduction in parking from 26 to 19 spaces, plus 1 unit.

@Art Tsai will wish to make note.
 
Realistically, that plot of land is actually very very small. It is currently occupied by one detached bungalow. There wont be much green (or even none) in the space based on the rendered drawings.

The new parking ramp changes does make more sense as people can exit and enter from a street that has low traffic. In short term, with a 17 story condo going up on Talara Drive, and two more condos going up on the southern part of Greenbriar Rd, traffic will be very heavy on Greenbriar Rd, so moving the parking to Dervock Cresc is actually a good call.
