There's a database profile for what appears to be possibly the previous townhouse development by Empire for the site. The thread that's linked within it is inaccessible though.

I don't see any indication of disposition.

Really nice! Rich dark glazed looking window on the facade. With vertical cream striped columns running down the sides of the podium . Will make this building stand out from a distance. As seen in the photos up above.

Looks like the Ten88 project to the south, behind this project, should be marked as completed? Around 2018 it looks like.
