Pre-application out of Burlington, little information available but we know the intentions and we have a rendering so I'm adding it here. 11 storeys, approximately 93 residential units ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Parking information, site plans, and elevations will come soon. Would have been nice to get at least one retail unit in here, and I have a feeling the city is going to ask for it, but I'm not offended by it either. This isn't within the downtown core of Burlington, it's further north near the QEW/403 as you can see below.
1056 Brant is currently a vacant lot, and 1060 currently has a vacant 2-storey, 4-unit residential building set for demolition.
