Valeri Construction Limited (Owner) to prepare and submit applications for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment for the lands municipally known as 73-89 Stone Church Road West & 1029 West 5th Street, in the City of Hamilton. The proposed infill development entails a ten (10) storey multiple dwelling with 237 units and 241 parking spaces. In addition, the proposal consists of 70 surface parking spaces and 171 underground parking spaces for a total of 241 spaces. To facilitate this proposal, the planning applications were submitted to the City of Hamilton on April 23, 2019.

I can excuse bad architecture the same way the city has been. It’s all about the investment, and really there’s no point nitpicking until a large amount of projects like these are built. Let’s get Hamilton to a decent running stride before commenting on the form.

What I posted was a google streetview image from sometime in August - so more like a field to crane in 1-2 months! Still quick, but not that quick
