Here is the intersection in question, with all nearby projects shown:

There are 2 on going construction at broadway and redpath area. (Citylights and 150 Redpath). Apparently this will be the 3rd. Traffic will be much more crazy.
The project of 150 Redpath is on Redpath, but is in that area. It's safe to say construction on Redpath in general will cause a good influx in vehicular and pedestrian traffic, just as construction on Broadview, Roehampton, Soudan and Erskine will do the same. Midtown's getting to be quite a busy part of the city.

According to the NRU, this site has been combined with 110 Broadway into a single, 3 tower development. A 36 storey tower has been approved at this site, with 33 and 21 storeys approved next door.

I think we will wait either for marketing or a site plan approval application to see whether we should be closing this thread and sending people to the other one, or whether this will be treated on its own.

Site Plan Control Application for the combined sites at 100, 110, 114 and 120 Broadway Avenue and 223-233 Redpath Avenue. These files were previously processed under two separate OZ folders: 15 228723 NNY 25 OZ (100 Broadway Ave and 223-225 Redpath Ave) and 17 218847 NNY 25 OZ (110, 114 and 120 Broadway Ave) and were approved at the LPAT in August 2019. The development consists of 3 towers. A 36-storey purpose-built residential rental building containing 412 units with 100 square metres of retail space at-grade is proposed on the 100 Broadway Avenue portion. Two residential towers at 33- and 21-storeys in height, connected by a 4 to 8-storey base building containing 741 residential units and 606 square metres of office space is proposed on the 110-120 Broadway Avenue portion. The site has a combined total of 326 vehicular parking spaces and 1,154 bicycle parking spaces within two levels of shared underground parking. Immediately south of the 100 Broadway Avenue building on the northeast corner of Broadway and Redpath Avenues is a new 746 square metre public park with surrounding POPS.

So, the two threads are going to stay separate. This one will cover the rental development at 100, while the other thread will cover the Pharrell Williams co-designed condos next door.

i42's latest article gives a further breakdown of this rental tower at 100 Broadway:

At the corner of Broadway and Redpath itself will be a 746 m² park, invisibly enlarged by Privately Owned Public Space that will abutt it. To the north will be a 36-storey, 114.8 metre-tall rental tower with 412 rental units, 324 of which are replacement units for those on site currently plus units on other properties close by where the developers are also presently at work. 88 rental suites in the building will be new to the area. 200 of the 412 units will be affordable.

...

The rental tower will have a 103 m² retail unit on its ground floor, while the eighth floor of the condo podium will include 606 m² of office space. A garage below the buildings is proposed to have 326 spaces for cars, while 1,154 spaces for bicycles will be located across the development.

The 3 buildings are empty from what I could tell today, but fail to look at the houses.
