The purpose of this application to amend the Zoning By-law is to permit the infill development of 11 new stacked townhouse rental units on the property. The existing apartment building and its 9 rental units will be retained.

NOAC has been issued here, as of February 3rd, 2026.

New Build permits are all applied for and under review.
 
Fascinating - a ex-coworker of mine was running a rickshaw business out of these ramshackle garages. I wonder where all the bikes are being stored now...

NOAC was issued here at the beginning of February.

Demolition permit was issued in January.

Drain/Site service permits are in progress

Mech/Plumbing are 'ready for issuance'.

New Building is in progress.
