Arquitectonica is garbage too if it makes you feel better. They are an international firm active in Toronto. The design architect of The Ex's hotel is another garbage NYC firm.

The land assembly looks like the gun I’d want to shoot myself with once I see the G+C design.

Adding salt to the wound, Holy Chuck is at 586 Yonge. This is quite upsetting.

It reads skinny. I'm not impressed by the amount of non residential GFA. Minimum throw in a few office condos on the 2nd floor.

Yes, this would kill any further tower assembly along Yonge. The entire block is heritage anyway.
