Fair, but I don't expect the typical Toronto developer to go through the trouble of having these custom cladding either. To get tripped over by these window walls and especially the poorly placed spandrel is mightily disappointing for what it could have been.

take a chill pill fellas. at least they are using metal panels instead of concrete ones as rumoured once. I think it looks amazing
 
I love the vision glass over the concrete. Clever.

Weird that there is no shadow box assembly behind it. Not sure what's clever about it - it looks worse than a proper setup with an insulated backpan, and I could see some legitimate moisture issues and condensation behind those windows in the near future.
