Don't think I ever realized (or wasn't paying attention) that the wiggly lines wear no ankle socks at grade.
Given the bases, it would appear there are further panels to be applied, probably as one of the finishing touches.

That answers a long standing question of mine whether that Yorkville (?) side would also have columns down to grade.
 
I forgot there is a heritage building too with this project.

Honestly same! The whole block has been covered up for so long between this and the Great Gulf project next door so I kind of forgot about what the old buildings looked like before the scaffolding went up. Once 8 Cumberland is done the whole block from yorkville to Cumberland will be restored heritage buildings, or at least the facades.
