Don't make me say it.....

But this will cast a shadow on Jesse Ketchum Park.
 
Plus, if I have my alignment correct (and acknowledging I'm not a shadow study expert), the Foster building (if approved in its current form) may be the recipient of shadows from this building-to-be, thus mitigating any shadowing effect on JK.
 
Very curious to see images, sounds like it will be a sliver. The property is pretty small and if its 26,213 m2 in total thats less than 445 m2 a floor at most. 3 ish units a floor?

I like the simple design but I think I might find it too tall.

Don't like the bowl planter though, neat idea but I think people ought to be able to interact with the trees in such a small space.
