We will see I guess. It seems like they were a little late to the party as far as trying to cool down the market. Our government has been doing that for years.

No we are not. Even if housing prices dropped by 25% many home owners in Toronto would bought five years ago would still be above water. Housing outside the 416 will decline, but IMO Toronto is fine. And a price drop only negatively impacts those who want to sell. First time buyers are happy, and folks like me who bought in the 1990s and will never move don't care either way.
