Noticed this when I was in the area the other day (no pictures, alas):

As of a couple days ago, it appears just about all of the homes are up, though not clad or anything yet.

This application proposes the development of a 32 unit low rise development at 42 Edgewood Avenue
which includes the construction of a new public road. The property was formerly a Catholic elementary
school.
The proposed development on a public road is in keeping with similar developments built nearby in the
1980's and 90's. It is an appropriate use for a large vacant site in the middle of a neighbourhood.
This report reviews and recommends approval of the application to amend the Zoning By-law.
