Sorry for the short notice, i just heard the commercial this morning. They plan to close Yonge St between Dundas and Queen. It's a lot of fun, we do the same on Danforth Ave, and its always a great time. Maybe someone can put together a UT team. I would join in, but have other commitments with our ball hockey league at Withrow Park.

With spring in the air it’s time to take back the streets!
The Esso Street Hockey Jamboree brings out thousands of spectators and more than a thousand enthusiastic street hockey players to play the game we love, street hockey. Boys and girls, men and women of all ages, raw rookies and old hands, all legends in their own minds hit the asphalt to celebrate the great game of street hockey.
Special Guests: Wendel Clark, Carlton The Bear and other Toronto Maple Leaf personalities.
Where: The world’s longest street – Yonge St (between Queen and Dundas)
When: Sunday April 22 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Who: The Toronto Maple Leafs and You!
Cost: Nothing, it’s all FREE!
