Site is on currently vacant land at NW corner of Trafalgar and Glen Ashton. The site itself is only the southern most portion. it is bounded by a roughly north-south Enbridge gas easement on the west side (parallel with Taunton) and a Trans Canada pipeline easement along the north, roughly parallel with Glen Ashton drive.
