The next month or so should be interesting to watch. The Gardiner will effectively be swallowed up as soon as this hits the second floor. It's almost hard to remember what this area was like ten years ago, when the expressway was still the dominant feature of the landscape.

Working on Saturday. This is construction web cam picture from about 10:25 AM. Looks like big concrete fill which I'm just guessing is the transfer slab because it looks so thick. It goes even deeper than you can see on the picture.

I believe its 2 meter high, cause I've seen a worker walk inside between the steel
