Success Tower Condos (Pinnacle International) - Real Estate -

Guys,

How do you see Success Tower compared to other highrise towers in downtown in terms of quality and luxury? like Cityplace, Maple Leaf, Infinity, 18 Yonge, 12/16 Yonge, Spire. does Success Tower qualify as a luxury building? I am just trying to evaluate an investment in this tower so I want to hear some opinions

No. Success looks and has the feel of a suburban mid-market condo plunked in the middle of nowhere.

I think when the market crashes, and you can pick up a unit for $180,000, Success would be a good investment--as a rental unit.

I think it might be slightly better than C.P, but why not spend a few more bills and just buy a house on Eastern Avenue?

I tend to disagree with UD ... based on everything I've seen so far (interior) by Pinnacle International (Pinnacle Centre + Bellagio on Bloor), I am quite impressed ... I would certainly rank Success Tower high above Cityplace + Infinity (no doubt), 18 Yonge + Maple Leaf Square has average finishings (no bad though), Spire + 12/16 Yonge (aka Pinnacle Centre 1+2) are definitely good choices

Why would they put a window looking into the bathroom?

why parking 25000, locker 4000, combo is 35000?

I heard parking for 33 bay is 30000. why is it lower than 33 bay?

Can I　just buy a parking lot without buying the unit?
