There isn’t an overall thread for smaller stuff in a city I consider a bit of a Toronto neighbourhood. (Ducks as stuff is thrown!) Anyways there is a plan to build a cricket pitch along the Avon beside the Festival Theatre in Lower Queens Park. One of dozens of new ones popping up in Canada.
Also the hotel at the corner of Ontario and Waterloo is being converted into a Marriot. And because I stayed there last year and chatted with the owner I know that the parking lot behind and to the east of the building is included and can easily handle development.
